The coffee is roasted in Sicily/Italy in the traditional drum roasting process over wood fire. Carefully and by hand, just like hundreds of years ago.
Our production:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee its final harmonious character and fascinating aromatic variety. The exclusively composed bean varieties are roasted individually with great care. This gives the beans just the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aroma and essential oils. Then the beans rest separately - only then are they blended in a special ratio.

Our Caffè Crema is an elegant, wonderfully soft and particularly low-acid coffee. Aromas of roasted walnut and wood, a hint of fruit and a chocolaty sweet crema complete the enjoyment, right through to its remarkably long-lasting aftertaste.
