Italian roasting of coffee beans

It is in this way that TRE FORZE! Coffee beans are roasted over an open flame in small batches of about 60 kilograms. The roasting process for TRE FORZE! Espresso beans is traditionally Sicilian: the coffee beans are roasted by the drum roasting method over olive wood. The olive wood also has a particularly Italian origin. It comes from the foot of the volcano Etna, which is located in Italy. This wood therefore has a very fertile soil, rich in minerals, on which it grows. This has the advantage that the  premium coffee beans can develop a much stronger aroma during roasting.
MariaSole coffee beans are traditionally roasted over wood fires using the Sicilian drum roasting method. MariaSole coffee has three different varieties, including Espresso, Organic Espresso and Caffe Crema. The gentle roasting process, which is done by hand, allows the coffee beans to roast longer. About fifteen to twenty-five minutes. The different types of beans are roasted individually depending on the type of bean, then the coffee beans rest for three to five days and are then blended in special proportions depending on the variety. Our aromatic organic coffee beans come from organic growing areas in Guatemala. The organic espresso beans are full-bodied, balanced and spicy.
If you prefer to drink Caffe Crema, you are in good hands with the MariaSole brand: MariaSole Coffee Crema is a soft, elegant and, above all, a particularly low-acid coffee. But Mille Soli Caffe Crema does not disappoint either, as this coffee Crema is a perfect companion for every day and guarantees a thick crema in any preparation method.

What is coffee crema?

You can recognize a Caffe Crema by its thick golden-brown head of foam. When ground coffee comes into contact with hot water, microbubbles of carbon dioxide (CO2) are released. This happens whether your coffee is prepared as filter coffee or as espresso. In espresso, hot water is forced under pressure through finely ground coffee, creating both crema and liquid. The espresso crema consists of microbubbles of CO2 gas suspended in the water. The bubbles attach themselves to the natural oils and fats of the coffee and then rise to the top of the beverage. The end result is a recognizable "Guinness" effect.
A thick crema is a real mark of quality among many experts when it comes to Caffe Crema beans. The thick golden-brown froth that comes with coffee when brewed with a portafilter or fully automatic coffee maker is guaranteed with MariaSoles Caffe Crema.
Mille Soli coffee beans are roasted by traditional triple roasting in a gas-fired drum roaster. Thanks to the balanced blend of first-class Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, this coffee is exceptionally mild. Mille Soli also achieves this through the triple interruption of the roasting process, during which the coffee beans cool down again and again and can therefore be roasted longer than conventional coffee beans. Mille Soli also offers a wider selection of coffee beans. So you can buy Caffe Crema beans at Mille Soli. Or you can also buy espresso beans.
