Our roasting process:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the exclusive selection of our Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. Our nobly composed bean varieties are roasted individually with great care. In this way, each bean receives exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Afterwards, the beans rest individually- and only then are they blended in a special ratio.

Our coffee is elegant, wonderfully smooth and particularly low in acidity. Aromas of roasted walnut and wood, a hint of fruit and its chocolaty sweet crema complete the enjoyment right up to its remarkably long-lasting aftertaste.
