Our roasting process:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the meticulous selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. The exclusively selected bean varieties are roasted individually with great care. In this way, each type of bean reaches exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Then the beans rest separately - and only later are they brought together in a special ratio.
