MariaSole Caffè Espresso in a 250g bottle. Our MariaSole Caffè Espresso is roasted in Sicily/Italy in our own traditional drum roasting process over a wood fire. Lovingly handcrafted as it has been for hundreds of years.
The roasting process:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the fine selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. The exclusively selected bean varieties are roasted individually in a complex process. Through this process, the beans reach exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Then the beans rest separately - and afterwards they are blended in a unique ratio.
