MariaSole Caffè Espresso in a 250g bag. Our coffee is roasted in Sicily/Italy in a traditional drum roasting process over wood fire. Gently and by hand, just like hundreds of years ago.
Roasting process:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. The exclusively composed bean varieties are roasted individually with great care. In this way, the beans reach exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aroma and essential oils. Then the beans rest separately - and only after some time are they blended in a special ratio.
