The roasting:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of premium Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee at the highest organic level its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity in taste. The exclusively composed bean varieties are first roasted individually. This gives the beans just the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Then the beans are left to rest separately - only then are they blended in a special ratio.
