Roasted on Sicily in Italy with the traditional drum-roasting method over wood fire. Gently and by hand exactly like hundreds of years ago.
Our roasting process:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful harvesting of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee at the highest organic level its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. The specially composed bean varieties are roasted separately in a complex process. In this way, the beans reach exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Then the beans rest separately - and only then are they blended in a special ratio.
