Our coffee beans are roasted in Sicily/Italy in a traditional drum roasting process over wood fire. Carefully and by hand like hundreds of years ago.
Roasting of organic coffee:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee at the highest organic level its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. The finely composed bean varieties are roasted separately with great care. In this way, our beans receive exactly the right roasting: the beans are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Later, the beans rest separately - and only then are they blended in an exclusive ratio.
