Our beans:
A small proportion of high-quality Robusta beans refines first-class Arabica beans. The long-term roasting process over an olive wood fire follows a centuries-old tradition, specially optimised for TRE FORZE! Each bean gets exactly the roasting time it needs and then rests separately. Only then are the beans blended in our special ratio.
Our taste:
This gentle roasting allows the valuable aromas to fully develop: dark chocolate and nut, plus spicy wood notes like the barriqueton of a good wine, a subtle nuance of hand-rolled tobacco leaves and fragrant caramel sweetness. A coffee with a lot of body, whose rich content of aromatic oils makes it so thick and velvety - with a fine crema of dense consistency. This is our TRE FORZE! Caffè Espresso.
