The original Sicilian taste: TRE FORZE! Caffè Espresso is our exclusive roasted coffee from Sicily/Italy. Its perfection comes from finest quality and careful handcrafting, just like hundreds of years ago.
Roasting method:
A small portion of high-quality Robusta beans refines first-class Arabica beans. Our own long-term roasting process over the fire of olive wood follows centuries-old tradition, lovingly optimised especially for TRE FORZE! Each bean variety gets exactly the roasting time it needs and then rests separately. Only then are the beans blended in a unique ratio.
Coffee taste:
This gentle roasting allows the precious aromas to fully develop: dark chocolate and nut, plus spicy wood notes like the barriqueton of a good wine, a subtle hint of hand-rolled tobacco leaves and fragrant caramel sweetness. A coffee with a lot of body, whose rich content of aromatic oils makes it so thick and velvety - with a fine crema of dense consistency. That is TRE FORZE!
