Our bean blend:
A small proportion of high quality Robusta beans enhances premium Arabica beans. Our long-term roasting process over an olive wood fire follows centuries of tradition, lovingly optimised especially for our coffee. Each type of bean is given exactly the roasting time it requires and then rests separately. Only after a resting period are the beans mixed in the special ratio.
Our aroma:
The gentle roasting allows the valuable aromas to fully develop: dark chocolate and nut, plus spicy wood notes like the barriqueton of a good wine, a fine nuance of hand-rolled tobacco leaves and fragrant caramel sweetness. A coffee with a lot of body, whose rich content of aromatic oils makes it so thick and velvety - with a fine crema of dense consistency. This is coffee the way you will love it.
