Our blend:
A small proportion of high-quality Robusta beans refines first-class Arabica beans. Our long-term roasting process over olive wood fire follows centuries-old tradition, lovingly optimized especially for TRE FORZE! Each type of bean is given exactly the roasting time it requires and then rests separately. Only then are the beans blended in a special ratio.
This gentle roasting allows the full development of the valuable aromas: dark chocolate and nut, plus spicy wood notes like the barriqueton of a good wine, a subtle nuance of hand-rolled tobacco leaves and fragrant caramel sweetness. A full-bodied caffè, whose rich content of aromatic oils makes it so thick and velvety - with a fine crema of dense consistency. This is TRE FORZE!
