Our secret:
A small proportion of high-quality Robusta beans refines first-class Arabica beans. Our long-term roasting process over olive wood fires follows centuries of tradition, lovingly optimised especially for TRE FORZE! Each type of bean is given exactly the roasting time it requires and then rests separately. Only then are the beans blended in our secret ratio.
The taste:
This gentle roasting allows the precious aromas to fully develop: dark chocolate and nut, along with spicy wood notes like the barriqueton of a good wine, a subtle nuance of hand-rolled tobacco leaves and fragrant caramel sweetness. A coffee with a lot of body, whose rich content of aromatic oils makes it so thick and velvety - with a fine crema of dense consistency. That is TRE FORZE!
