Our coffee is roasted in Sicily/Italy in a traditional drum roasting process over wood fire. Carefully handcrafted as it was hundreds of years ago.
The craft:
Our centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee at the highest organic level its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. The exclusively selected bean varieties are roasted individually with great care. This gives the beans exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Afterwards, the beans rest separately - and only later are they brought together in a special blending ratio.
The coffee and its taste:
This espresso coffee is at the highest organic level: harmonious and sparkling. It combines medium acidity with notes of caramel, nut, roasted grain and dark chocolate. Add to this a hint of tangy fruit and elegant spice and you have a versatile taste experience - extravagance in organic.
