Our process:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee at the highest organic level its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. The exclusively composed bean varieties are roasted individually with great care. This gives the beans exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Then the beans rest separately - and only then are they blended in a special ratio.
Our coffee taste:
