Our beans are roasted on Sicily/Italy in the traditional drum roasting process over wood fire. Gently and by hand like hundreds of years ago.
The production:
This centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee at the highest organic level its final harmonious character and its unmistakable aromatic variety. The exclusively composed bean types are roasted separately in a complex process. In this way, our beans reach exactly the right degree of roasting: they are not shocked and release their valuable aromas and essential oils. Then the beans rest separately - and only then are they blended in a special ratio.
