Roasted in Sicily/Italy in the traditional drum roasting method over wood fire. Gently handcrafted as it was hundreds of years ago.
Our production process:
This knowledge accumulated over centuries, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans give this roasted coffee at the highest organic level its perfectly harmonious character and fascinating aromatic diversity. The exclusively composed bean varieties are roasted individually with great care. This gives the beans exactly the right roasting stage: they are not shocked and release their valuable aroma and essential oils. Then the beans rest separately - and afterwards they are blended in a special ratio.

An espresso coffee of the highest organic class: harmonious and sparkling. With medium acidity and flavours of caramel, nut, roasted grain and dark chocolate. A hint of tangy fruit and elegant spice make this coffee a multifaceted taste pleasure - extravagance in organic.
