TRE FORZE! Buy Espresso Coffee
The history of our TRE FORZE! Espresso Caffè begins at the turn of the millennium in Forza d`Agrò. This place is not only special because our TRE FORZE! Espresso beans are roasted, but also because film history was made there. Most of the Sicilian scenes of the movie "The Godfather" by director Francis Ford Coppola were shot in Forza d'Agrò. Premium Espresso Beans from TRE FORZE! over olive wood fire
Centuries ago, people used the cut wood of the olive trees at the foot of the volcano Etna in Sicily. Many olive trees grow on the fertile lava soil, because the lava soil enriches the wood with many minerals, which release spicy aromas during the open flame. The optimized long-term roasting process takes up this tradition: Thus, the high-quality espresso beans are roasted manually in small drums at low temperature over olive wood fires for about thirty minutes.
A highly complex roasting machine is used in the gentle roasting of TRE FORZE!'s premium Italian espresso beans. This roasting machine consists of a perforated tube with a ventilation and heating system. In the process, the Caffè Espresso is gently roasted: Bag by bag - in small batches of about sixty kilograms over an open flame. Before production, the wood from the olive trees was stored in a dry place for at least twelve months. As this is sawn wood for maintenance reasons, no tree is felled for TRE FORZE espresso coffee.
TRE FORZE! Caffè Espresso premium blend of beans
TRE FORZE espresso beans do not consist of only one type of bean. TRE FORZE Espresso Caffè consists of a secret blend of premium Robusta and Arabica beans. The different types of beans each require different roasting times. The roasting of the noble espresso beans starts at about thirty to fifty degrees Celsius, then the temperature is gradually increased up to two hundred and thirty degrees and lowered again to about one hundred degrees.
About the origin of TRE FORZE's premium espresso beans
The premium coffee's bean blend comes from the best highland locations. TRE FORZE's coffee farmers are traditional family farmers from the best growing areas in Peru, Costa Rica, Togo, Cameroon and Brazil. TRE FORZE's coffee farmers produce the highest quality coffee beans: they pick the coffee cherries by hand, dry them in the sun for several weeks.
