MariaSole coffee with traditional roasting over wood fire
The three varieties of MariaSole: MariaSole Caffè Espresso, MariaSole Bio Caffè Espresso and MariaSole Caffè Crema are roasted in Sicily in the traditional drum roasting process over wood fire. Special care is taken to protect the premium coffee and espresso beans. The roasting process is so traditional precisely because master roasters gently roast the coffee and espresso beans as well as the organic espresso beans by hand, as they did hundreds of years ago. MariaSole's coffees are unique - but they have one thing in common: their long roasting time of fifteen to twenty-five minutes make MariaSole's Caffè particularly mild and creamy.
MariaSole's Caffè Crema, Organic Coffee Espresso and Espresso owe their harmonious character and aromatic diversity to centuries of knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the special coffee bean blend of the best Arabica beans and a small proportion of Robusta beans.
In the combination of Arabica coffee beans and Robusta coffee beans, attention is paid to another special feature: The bean varieties are elaborately roasted individually, so that each bean variety also receives its exact roasting degree. Good coffee needs patience, so after roasting the coffee beans are first given a rest - about three to five days. After that, they are blended in their respective lines with secret ratios.
